Visit our user experience lab

Half hour from Amsterdam, above the Amersfoort Train Station

Setting the scene

Our Lab hosts a number of tiny venues including home, leisure, work areas, merchant, municipal & banking storefronts, transportation modes, vehicle rentals and cross border transit stations scenes to name a few. These all serve to help depict the typical surroundings one might encounter during their day.

Interactive prototypes

Interactive prototypes are used to test new ideas, innovations and solutions. Being able to physically walk through a potential future helps to raise stakeholder awareness, commitment and focusses design on the relevant service and user experience elements early on in the development process.

Storyboarding life experiences

Rather than focus on a single user experience with a single prototype, we prefer to create storyboards which embed a collection of prototypes into `day in the life of' scenarios. This offers a more holistic and realistic way of conducting user experience analysis and openings for discovering the adjacent possible.

User experience A+B testing

Our User Experience Lab monitors and collects interaction data as tours take place providing a rich baseline for evidence based UX Analysis. Valuable input for conducting A+B Testing and formal user panels to assess the perceived explicit and implicit values of user interaction design elements.

Serendipitous discovery

Stepping into the future, or at least walking around in an off-beat and somewhat irreverently detailed approximation thereof, is not only fun but also frequently leads to people making important tangential connections that can lead to valuable, insightful and serendipitous discoveries.

Brainstorms & creative sessions

Innovation begets innovation, being exposed to applications that `go beep' in new and mysterious ways is conducive to helping people dare to be creative and ask the questions that need asking to form innovative approaches to old challenges. We`re happy to host your entire team for brainstorms & creative sessions.
